I paid a 50% deposit, and Ron kept me informed of the installation date, and confirmed twice. On the day of installation, the installer called to let me know when he would be there. We bought our awning about three years ago. Last week (8/4 @ 6:00 pm) we contacted this company because our awning was not leveled. We had an immediate response requesting for photos which we provided. Received an immediate diagnostic, basically nothing major just in need of a minor adjustment.
